Purpose:
The purpose of the programme is to help academic and management staff to enhance their professional skills in academic and management functions.

Objectives:
a) To identify student’s strengths and needs to give them the best standard of education.
b) To enhance IUCN staff knowledge and skills in their area of expertise.
c) To identify and implement activities for the enhancement of IUCN branding.

Purpose:
The CNID will be a focus for collaboration and innovation at the under-graduate and post-graduate level. CNID will also support and expand the collaborative research efforts by faculty and students with other universities and institutions of higher learning throughout the world. This centre coordinates faculty research and scholarship in the international dimension especially in Nursing Practice.

Objectives:
a) To provide opportunities for collaborative research with faculty members from partner universities.
b) To explore avenue to promote equal partnerships with educational institution around the world.
c) To provide opportunities for graduate research abroad to their knowledge base.
d) To support joint presentations with partnering universities at international conferences.
e) To encourage learning opportunities that exceeds international boundaries.
